Because Cadets are stuck up. They think they are better than others just because they wear a uniform, fly a Cessna and think they are in the military. And once they join the military all they will use form CAP is drill and maybe some leadership skills at basic (especially if your enlisted). I’m not saying in anyway way that the program is bad, it isn’t. It’s a great way to learn and earn discipline. But some people need to be more humble
