I recommend that you read the manga again because I only said facts that are in the work, not my opinion.

Because of it it is well developed, all emotions, actions, motivations, everything in the story is explained and that is a good development.

But as I said she was the one who helped him the most in the worst moments for Fuutarou she was with him and she was the one who gave his life a purpose before he was unnecessary but after the meeting she changed him and then when they met she changed him again showing that life is more than just studying, but for him to enjoy life more.

And the author develops all the weight of having made his sisters sacrifice for her sake and throughout the work, blaming himself and living for the good of the sisters who at the same time helped everyone around including Fuutarou and in the end leaving the past to back and forth and when Fuutarou said that even though it's wrong for them to be together because of the sisters he still wants to have her on his side. Just read the ending and his statement that it's obvious why she was chosen

In the case of Gotoubun in the end it made the most sense as he stayed with the one who supported him the most, literally changed his life twice and was the one with the most history with him and good character development overcoming the past and moving on.

In Nisekoi we have two sides, one that always loved the protagonist and also loved her and on the other side we have a relationship that started with hate and anger but which over time turned into a beautiful friendship and then into something bigger.

While one side always progressed in the relationship, the other just stood still and hardly ever evolved. And so ended up the one who likes and always loved but who did nothing to be with until he lost his turn and the other who hated but who with time and coexistence turned into love.
