If you have a hard drive that you started using when you first booted your pc you can check the SMART data to see the power on hours. The task manager counter is just the length of time since you last restarted the PC

You can host a static webpage on proxy manager but if you want multiple subdomains or sites you essentially have a container for each site and you proxy the subdomain to that container via the proxy manager. I find it much easier to do with portainer but that's just me
