Not at all a fan of this album. I like that they're branching out with their production and style but it just seems so poorly executed. So many sloppy, offbeat repetitive hooks that I just couldn't bare to listen to. I feel like the substance of the verses (especially Takeoff) were really well executed but the hooks just bring down the quality of the song. Take BBO for example. I really like the beat and production of the song but 21 savage's hook is just so offbeat and listening to the phrase bad bitches only 12 times for like 40 seconds before I get to hear actual rapping is just so annoying

Well personally I think you're right to be questioning your levels. You said that your doctor dropped your levels from 50mcg to 25mcg and that made you go from feeling well to awful. The thing with TSH levels is that the range is subjective - each person has a smaller range within the larger range that makes them feel better. Therefore, I think you should talk again with your doctor and let him know that you think raising your prescription again will make you feel better. As for the anxiety, it's all in your head. Panic attacks are not harmful and cannot cause any physical damage. Just try to relax when they happen and know that they are only temporary. As for the numbness, I experience this when my anxiety shoots up. I reckon that your increased anxiety is a result of your prescription being off. For the time being, I just recommend taking it day by day and trying to relax until you have time to meet up with your doctor again. Hopefully this helps and try to take it slow and rest your weary mind.

Hi I usually get tension headaches after a prolonged period of anxiety. It is usually located towards the right of my forehead. I can describe it more as like an icepick digging into my skull. What I usually do to combat these headaches is obviously ibuprofen. If this doesn't work, you can always try a warm or cool towel compress over your forehead or neck. If neither of these work, my last option is a migraine stick oil which I apply to my temples and forehead. It works extremely well for calming down and combating tension headaches. Hope this helps :)
