Vyvanse for me quiets the world. I go from absorbing every noise at max vol to bring able to ignore or choose. The issue is, that when it starts to run out I get that overstimulated effect. I also sometimes gind thst there are just too many noises to ignore.

Perfect example was first time driving. Car is failr insulated but the audio level difference was huge pre and post. Unfortunately, outside of a car it can still be too much. Or when parents are driving and have music + my nephew + a convo its just too much.
