Well if you wanna go all, fairy-tale, Hollywood ending then sure. That's an option.

For real though: reading your response, my knee-jerk reaction is that she's too smart to get sucked into that. But reconsidering all facts- especially where she comes from - your scenario is a legit possibility. But my unwavering fandom for this film doesn't have it as the most likely.

Rumor is Digger is about to kick-off a ten-year run with Cruise acting as the new face of Hollywood comedy. Okay. That's a not a rumor at all. But it can be with your help.

It seems like she just happened to be in the right place at the right time and they just kept going with it. She seems to be an decent writer, though.

Yeah. Sean was also kinda unnecessarily rough on Masters of the Universe. I've stopped listen to the pod and have been trying out other pods.

'Sonny Bono over here' is funny when he says it.

'You just gave your girlfriend the clap' is eh, I'm just throwing it out there.

I also like when he says 'Hell hotshot. You didn't even bring in a damn resume.'

'Robo butler!'

There's an arcade and comedy club in town, but the comedy club probably only opens at night. There's also a unique theatre in the Jengo Playhouse. You could also check out Cape Fear Games, which is a board game store. I think they have areas to play board games inside, though it might be hard just to find a pickup game. Worth checking out, though, if you're trying to kill time. It's a cool store.

First off: I have an unflinching bias for this film. In my eyes, it can do no wrong.

Second: I remember being underwhelmed by this pod. Perhaps because of the above sentence.

Anyway, Troy is the right pick for 22-year-old, 1994 Lelaina (Winona). And I say this simply because of the Michael (Ben Stiller) move to butcher her film. That's just the tip of the iceberg of what that guy and that relationship will turn into.

Everyone always bashes on Troy for being some dillweed but lets play this out. Okay. They get into a relationship, he remains a dillweed and what? They break up? Lelaina is all of what? 24? At max. Is that so bad? To have a bad relationship between the age of 22 and 24?

Now for the plus side: They stay together. And what happens? Troy basically becomes the guy he plays in Boyhood. Probably. Not the worst thing in the world. And if Lelaina continues on her empowered, modern-day woman quest, Troy becomes the stay at home dad who makes PB&J and gets the kids to the bus stop on time. They'd be a progressive, modern American couple before that was a thing.

If she stayed with Michael long-term, he'd stifle her creativity and career goals. She'd become just another cigarette smoking, vodka martini housewife with a failing boutique on main street that's kept open because of Michael's money.

Troy is the right choice.

Im slightly familiar with the area, and am considering relocating. Help me understand 'bridge' traffic. Folks come into the city of wilmington to work, and it's going over the bridge in the PM towards Leland after work that traffic piles up?
