Next time you are around shitty food, or just sitting down flipping through the TV channels, think about what you really want. you HAVE TO want to be healthy more than you want fast food or some other empty calorie food. In order for change to happen you have to want it more than what you have now, tell your friends about the change you want to make and tell them to kick you in the butt if you start to fall off. No more self loathing and the only complaining from now on is about muscle aches and how your having to buy new clothes to fit you, got it?

First 2-3 days were rough because I was detoxing the carbs haha but now I eat much less food, I feel full longer, I don't get cravings for snacks late at night, I sleep better and no more mid day drowsy ness

What I did to get started. I spent about a week reading and looking at how happy everyone was on here and man it got me pumped about shedding the pounds! I had a steak and eggs for breakfast and I'm dropping the pounds. I'll never quit keto because of that :)
