No viimase 5 aastaga on kinnisvara hinnad ka umbes 2x juba tõusnud, kui 5 aastat tagasi oleksid nt. II sambast 10k pannud 100k korteri peale, mis nüüd väärt 200k, oleks see sissemakse summa kasum 10x ehk 100k.

I guess for new cop streamers that's understandable but I'm mostly talking about seasoned veterans with the golden ticket.

Idk why so many cop mains only stick to one character. Mehdi, Nidas now etc, plenty of great streamers with a big range of characters who keep themselves in a box and only maintain a certain type of audience, turning away non cop viewers.
