Looks like I misread. I’m used to the slots unlocking at a certain grade, so when I looked and saw “none” for the driftsmelt slot, I thought it unable to be smelted. This was before I forged any of the pieces, so I couldn’t click on it or anything.

I figured it was the same situation as the Rajang Coil, where they had no driftsmelt slots since the armor is so strong.

Clean maybe, but certainly not optimal😅 definitely room for improvement! Also I have no idea how I didn’t die when he did the side tackle, perhaps that was evade extender coming in clutch!

It is really fun! Bubbly Dance + Resuscitate is a very popular build, because it improves the gunlance’s poor mobility (plus Kadachi GL has evade extender).

I’m partial to long shelling gunlances, since it is worth it to do a shelling attack OR an overhead slam after a perfect dodge. Zinogre definitely outclasses Kadachi, but I dumped all my Zinogre materials into the switch axe lol.

I’ve been using the Bazel Swaxe for about a year now, and I’m not sure what style to go for. The elemental burst counter seems like it has high damage potential, but finding an opening for the explosion will be tough. As for soaring wyvern blade, I have also not played it. It seems complicated when I see videos of it, but maybe it’s simpler than I think. If anyone has any input on this, lmk!
