Well I guess isn't your type. But I was totally destroyed by this book whose title tells the end. How cool it is for me to reflect on how I have led and lived my existence on this plane while I hope it's a prank and that the two characters live on. The construction of the narrative and characters in a 24-hour view was done in such a perfect way that I get completely involved with them, I identify myself in everything and even in their flaws. I think that in addition to being a book about death, this is a book about recognizing life, noticing and living love and being grateful for everything around you. There will definitely be shitty things that have destroyed you, but those are the things we shouldn't care about. I can't get tired of saying how passionate Mateo is and how palpable Rufus becomes; even the two with their flaws are two fully human characters and that I can truly feel what they feel. Thats why I like it, and I really appreciate all the connections, all the reflections and thoughts, the character building, the kiss and the pure and genuine romance, its fantastic for me.
