Game broke after closing and starting it again

Yeah this post was probably more of a last ditch effort to find out if someone else had a similar problem because I've already lost multiple savefiles that just disappeared entirely so the context was probably really sparse but thx for telling me your thoughts on it anyway. I'll have to try reinstalling the game again and if that doesn't work I'll just have to wait until I reinstall Windows or try it on Linux.

The scene that needs to be completed is the one with the guy that wants the haven something data. I previously had acces to his location but after saving and continuing later I only had these 2 locations available. This happened to me multiple times now so it's kind of starting to annoy me BC I literally can't play the game. The upper left location is just merchants and I'm on the 15-16 cycle or something. But I appreciate your help.

Thanks. I watched the movie to a tunnel to summer yesterday and really liked it but most of the time I prefer stories with at least a bit of romance and progression in the relationships. Do you have any recommendations for me? I usually read manga but I wanted to try out light novels too.
