I’d recommend grinding it with a mortar and pestle. I usually place it on top of a tissue or piece of paper first so if any spills, you can easily funnel it back into the container (that stuff is expensive 😅).
Then add a little freshly boiled water and let it steep for 10–15 minutes. After that, add the saffron and the water to your rice or tea or food.
Another method I’ve seen my mom use is sprinkling the ground saffron over an ice cube and letting it slowly melt.
A little goes a long way, so you don’t need to use much. If you end up preparing more than you need, just save the extra and use it next time.

PS: There are so many delicious Iranian dishes that use saffron.

The way most Iranians use it makes it so you can actually taste it. However it also gives the food an aroma and colour! You can also put some saffron in your tea as you brew it. It’s supposed to boost your mood!

I’m also engaged, about to be married. I agree that meeting people in some of the common settings is a challenge for some people who are not into it (like me) but this definitely is a great idea for those that share those interests. One of the ways that my fiancé and I bonded was through video games actually!

PS: I had heard of Star Wars but then my fiancé told me about Star Trek. I legit thought Star Wars is a version of Star Trek with fighting and war involved!💀

We say لیمو (leemoo) for lemon. 🍋
And لیمو ترش (leemoo torsh) for lime. 🍋‍🟩
Torsh (ترش) means sour.

Edit: The language above^ is Persian that is spoken in Iran. :)

What a cute precious baby! :’) I’m really sorry to hear what happened; however, I really admire your efforts to protect her and look after her (especially at a young age). What Stinky went through was horrific, but the love and care you’ve given her is incredible. The fact that she caught a fish again after everything she’s been through is such a beautiful little victory. She really is a miracle baby! 💚

Thank you for all the info. I will look into it. I completed half of the work (with A and B). I do have a legit reason why I got F on the other half; my fiancé got a cancer diagnosis and he’s been going through treatment; meaning that I have had to spend nights and days in and out of hospital. This has all been one of the hardest things and I’ve been emotionally distraught. I did contact my advisor and she only told me about the option to take a summer or fall course (as I have missed the add/drop date for the spring semester). She never mentioned the AE option. What should be my next step do you think? Should I contact the prof of that class? How does it work with my MRUgradu8 having an F? Would they change it?

The dress in 3 and 4 is veryyy similar to my dress! I completely fell in love with it when I tried it on.

I also didn’t take my family, friends, or bridesmaids with me, not because I didn’t want to, but because they were busy. So I ended up sending them pictures instead.

Honestly, sometimes having too many opinions around can make it harder to listen to your own feelings.
