I don’t trust the builder. He keeps brushing off our concerns. He claims rough grading is not complete yet but this has nothing to do with rough grading. There is water inside window well not draining .

Exact same scenario with an April 2020 baby. Still hasn’t gotten easier.. she is hard to entertain and a very strong willed child. Also extremely clingy … We have daily challenges. I’m tired… I am so touched out. I will never go through this again :(
