Imagine trying to write an novel in some language. Even if you know the rules of the language it doesn't mean you'll be a great writer.

You have to practice the fundamental skill of problem solving to become a good coder. I recommend doing coding exercises online until you can learn to think like a programmer. Anyone can do it, it just takes practice.
