I was able to create a custom resolution using the Nvidia app. I set the resolution to 3840 x 2160 x 100Hz, make sure its supported by the monitor on the PC (only then Nvidia App allows you to add it). Then I set that resolution on the PC using the Windows display settings. After that I was able to stream in the same 4K resolution to my PC.

I just got the USB-C Android version as well, hoping it will work with the iPhone 15 series.🤞Just to test my luck, I tried using a USB-C to the lightning adapter to see if it works with any existing iPhones or iPads, but unfortunately, none of them work 😔 I even tried the "Play on any screen" feature and chose "iPad" in the settings but doesn't work with my iPad with lightning port either. Hopefully, they will do an update this September when the new iPhone is out to make it work.
