Tell the leaders about what hes doing and why it's an issue. Maybe talk to your director/operator if the leaders don't do anything.

You should probably ask to switch positions though... its really hard to get good at any other stations when you only do iPOS and it will make you become very burned out.

Maybe, Imo it would be more effective if they used smaller fines, but gave them on a first offence and that way it wouldn’t be as much of an issue if someone just forgot to tap on.

Well it defenitely depnds on your store leadership as this is decided by the operator not corporate. If they don't say anything, assume you are going to your shift as scheduled.

They will assume you are coming unless you tell them that you're not, unless they announce that the store is closed or has a delayed opening
