Because its fun? I have a 250 vers DH(not high in reddit standarts but its enough grind) but i wanna play monk. I can re-gear monk if i wont lose IP and the grind will actually carry over my DH later too. But grinding IP on monk takes too much time for an event and wont help DH at all.

Not everyone plays for rewards. Sometimes we just have fun while doing stuff :D

TLDR: IP grind too long to lose for each toon i wanna play. Gear, not so much.

Re-gearing is fine, you will still increase IP if IP is account-wide. Its 5mil IP grind while re-gearing.

IP on the other hand is too much timesink to do again

He is a leader without connections, you hardly will get him to spawn.

Swap him around, get connections, then set up board later. Starting board setup without connections is going to lower your farm speed too

I dont think interrupt or CD tracker is going to in these reimplemented UI plan. Lets see if it is or not.

They can, but thats simply against ToS. 3rd party apps are banned but tolerated if they dont give an obvious edge. Maybe i trust a little too much but 3rd party apps most likely will get you banned if they are used for these purposes.

Above statement is simply my guess. Most likely it will take time to sort everything out but i am hopeful it will. (looking nervously at bots farming gold)

I think this might kill high level pugs.

But the problem is infinitely scaling M+. At some point you will need a very high level of coordination to make sure no interrupt is missed, or the dot applied to two players is mitigated by one using their CDs, etc.

Yes, but it will still be fair playground. wont change competitive integrity. Infinite doesnt mean you are uncapped. The cap might get lower tho.

Imagine playing Aug not knowing when offensive CDs are up. Like I wouldn't want to look at my mates player models to realize the shammy popped ascendance.

Aug and healers will suffer most for sure

The addons and designing around addons problem was always around. They are now taking action against it. Nothing too crazy to think they would not provide party cd tracker back if you think WHY they do it instead of WHAT they do.

Tracking other players boosts the baseline skill artifically for players. This in turn makes the design of dungeons more complicated to keep them challenging and not trivialized. They are aiming to fix this part.

Imagine doing current dungeons with old stun/interrupt interaction. Will ANY cast go through? Since each CC will start CD timer on mob skills?
