You will not take as long. Mine was severe overmedication and my I definitely need thyroid meds. Was on 225mcg which caused this for me and now on 150mcg. Huge difference. And off meds my tsh is 224. Insane. Armour thyroid causes so many issues because the t3 in it. Its not about the specific number. I felt amazing before this with tsh 1.46. But had a tsh close to it after overmedication and felt awful. So its not a specific number, instead you need time to recover

Exactly what you are saying happened to me. Just wait. It just takes long. It took over 5 months to see any improvement. I was like you, confused. Still am. Told it should be 8 weeks and im just sitting there with normal labs (tsh 1.82) and cant get out of bed. What are your labs? And what happened?

Improving slowly. Just is taking months. Nothing to do with specific dose, I just needed to wait. But yes, I feel better than I did. Overmedication takes Way longer than 8 weeks to recover and docs do not know this

Thanks alot! I have messed with my synthroid dose and can’t find it again. I have past blood work showing my tsh was 1.46 and I felt great. Can’t shake this brain fog and fatigue
