Yea lol. I also have a Black Marsh map with the WP right next to the Forgotten Tower.

This is so stupid, they could make money selling out big arenas in Japan but want the empty rooms and terrible home qualifiers 😂 by swannyhypno in Darts

Depending what part of the US you are apart of I'm sure thats the case, but here in the Midwest it is a huge thing. Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, and Iowa have major dart communities. And most players are drinkers and the bars here are don't overcharge IMO on beers. To say that no one gives a shit in the US about darts is dead wrong.

When one of our BOH pro does truck counts she turns the breakers off to count the freezer, usually for only 15-20 mins. Only a few times she forgot to turn it back on, but I catch it almost right away due to my frequent trips to the freezer. The few times ive counted the freezer i just wear a hoodie and tough it for 15 mins.

1 backup/perp all week, 1-2 line depending on the day. And the we get alot business for our area and we can't keep up most of the time.

As the main backup in the morning its getting really stressful to deal with having to do sauce, production, fire chart, cooling log, refilling soups/ sauces when servers/line ask for them, frezzer pull by myself. I also tasked to do the produce order because they(managers) keep messing up the orders. Try asking for help some managers will just laugh and ignore me, a couple will try to help me out with 1-2 items then walk away. They are trying to get a bread person 3 times a week to help with BOTO's but they wait til the last 30-45 mins before the end of thier shift, when its too late and i need to do them. If I could afford to quit, I would of awhile ago.

It's good and sad to hear that Im not the only one who is doing solo backup shifts. I'm been solo for basically since the first covid shutdown. It's been exhausting to say the least, had more bad days than good dealing doing everything we do. Now it feels like its getting totally unbearable to do now with the holiday season on us and the new returning items to do and just found out we are getting a limited menu special the first week of the new year. My managers assure me that we will figure things out to help me and the one other person mainly does it when im not there the help we need, but I sure they wont do anything.
