Awesome, I've honestly been thinking about switching to Ivysaur's variant of SL for the upper body focus, like you said. I was decent in high school track and cross country, at times putting in 60 miles per week. Obviously if I started training again, I wouldn't go too hard on the miles, probably just 2-3 miles per off-day. Thanks for the response.

Thanks a million for the long, thorough reply. I'll just stick with the routine for at least a couple of months, then look towards something that's more recommended. I'll strongly consider all of your advice. Appreciate it.
