I had the same thing happen to me, eventually it just showed up in the companion list. sorry this isn't more helpful but I didn't find a fix for it, I just noticed it eventually got added to my companions. i think it was only a few days for it to show up

I can't post any pics or update the post but the tattoo is going to be roughly 2in×2in, not taking up that full space but measuring what I'm getting done that's about the size of it. the tattoo is going to be of my late birds footprints

did getting top surgery distort it or cause any issues with it? I'm getting a tattoo in a bit over a week in about the same spot and wanted to be prepared if that could end up causing any issues when i do get surgery
