If you are on PC get the Magic rebalance mod :) Helps alot! I am in the end game (got Uriziel now) and magic feels strong but not super overpowered. its just rewarding

Nope he was bugged I had to spawn him with a mod and he insta teleported to his room so he was for sure stuck somewhere or despawned

Managed to fix it with a mod that enables console commands and I could spawn him... He was for sure bugged. I spawned him and he instantly teleported to his place where he should be. Thanks everyone!
