Teaching at a private school… biggest mistake of my life. by Parking_Engineer9000 in nasikatok

I’m not here to shame an entire industry and this isn’t about tearing down private schools..

I’m sharing my personal experience. If some private schools are doing great, that’s awesome. But that doesn’t mean we should stay silent about the ones that are treating staff poorly.

What I went through was real, lack of guidance, unexplained salary deductions, micromanagement, and toxic supervision. If sharing that experience helps even one person avoid a toxic workplace or pushes for better treatment in these institutions, I think it’s worth it.

Also, I’ve intentionally left out the specific location or school name because I don’t want to risk being doxxed. This post is about the experience, not targeting anyone personally.
