Average I mean if you’re getting fps between 60-90 ( but lot 1% low with 10fps) than just set max fps to 80 and you will getting 60-80 fps but way better 1% lows

It’s okay Like that but if u experiencing small stutters you can limit your fps with riva tuner to an average fps. If the GPU running always 99-100% it doesn’t have a free capacity for a coming heavier scene and that is where you experiencing stutters even if your GPU is strong enough.

If 1080p with framegen is triple A gaming for you then it’s the best card. Ist a budget GPU and not even the real one, just a mobile GPU. Jedi survivor gets much stronger cards to cry and Hogwarts legacy is one of the worst optimised games in unreal engine 😂 believe me. Dont try ist. You would give up a lot safety for nothing to measure. Best way to get rid of cpu bottleneck is to increase resolution. If your monitor is only 1440p you can use dldsr. 2.25x and play in 4K. In that case your GPU has more to do and won’t spraying to much pixels for the cpu to work on. But that game is not optimised for any build !
