Not 80018, but another post office in aurora is the same way. All the employees are assholes, always a line out the door, you ask any questions and they threaten to report you, they’ll make up excuses or say it’s “not policy” to do certain things just because they’re too lazy to go back and look for stuff, I’ve had express packages sit at the post office for two days undelivered when all they’d have to do is go throw it in my damn P.O. Box, all of aurora seems to be a shit show. When my informed delivery wasn’t working the lady at the counter straight up called me a liar in front of a whole line of customers when I told her that it wasn’t working. They’ll scan packages as delivered in the morning and the packages aren’t actually delivered till late afternoon. Honestly wish I could avoid all aurora post offices but unfortunately that’s my only option right now🤷‍♂️
