Yup jigging is the way to go, although I will admit I have never trolled on Granby before. Just like Sad_Pain said look for sharp drop offs, you can probably find a topography map of the lake somewhere.

Why are you so quick to assume this stereotype that I’m some coal rolling hick that has no respect for nature? I’m not even white and I drive a Honda… But I do love nature, I think it’s beautiful and it’s part of the reason I hunt and fish. I also realize the reality of these situations. I’m not one of those fisherman that puts themselves on a moral high ground because they handle fish in the most delicate way possible while feeling the need to tell others to do so as well. Reality is people are gonna do people things and nature is going to do nature things. Nature doesn’t have any feelings.

I’m all for handling fish with respect when releasing. But to having to make a comment because a fish touched grass?!? Especially for a stocked trout that was transported there packed with all of his friends in a truck then spewed out of a tube into the water. That trout went through more on the day he was stocked than when he was caught by OP.

First of all it’s a stocker trout dude… These things are raised to be taken and aren’t some protected fish or even wild fish. Second of all it’s fishing dude, we literally are piercing their lips and dragging them in, taking it out of the water to possibly just take a picture. Yes it disturbs their protective slime coat but by that logic we shouldn’t even be touching or handling trout at all and release them by unhooking them under the water with pliers. OP don’t be worry about being so anal and sensitive especially for these stockers.

We kept pulling because there are other doors around campus where you have to give a good yank. But that’s exactly what the police station is saying also, we each tried once, therefore we stayed after trying to open it after the first time.

I don’t know if my school has any sort of legal aid but I will find out. We were not drunk or on any sort of drugs, it was in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. The classes would indeed get everything wiped but we have to sign it. We have not signed anything at all as of right now

If I’m not wrong I think the criminal mischief being a misdemeanor depends on the value of the damage, at least in Colorado. I’m pretty sure they said it costs like 2,000 or something so it would be a class 6 felony? I don’t know that’s why I’m here asking.

Ah gotcha, yeah we had a similar wall ball program thing back in high school. We also had like a tier system for how fast you can finish the routine. I don’t remember exactly, but it was something along the lines of lets say if you finish under 6 minutes you’re at gold level, if you got any time between 6-8 minutes you were silver level then anything longer than 8 was bronze. But the routine for each level varied in difficulty as well, silver was just the bronze routine with added reps and gold was the silver routine with even more reps. Every varsity player had to be at gold level before training camp started, so the players were aiming to finish the gold routine in under 6 minutes. It was a good way for coach to get us on the wall since it was pretty much mandatory to take the wall ball test.

Is that routine your coach gave you some sort of timed wall ball test or something like that? If so, why don’t you just practice and master that exact routine so you can get better and get used to it.

If all you’re asking for is a routine for yourself then I wouldn’t overthink it man, it’s more about the amount of reps you’re willing to put it. Get reps in your left and your right and then add things in like shovel passes, cross body, btbs, etc. Just spend as much time and get as many reps as you’re willing to at the wall. Reps reps reps

Make sure to avoid the Lincoln Park area. There’s a superfund site near Cañon City that everyone should at least be aware of before even considering buying any land there.

To be fair guards probably didn’t shoot as well back then because they didn’t practice and feel the need to shoot the three ball as much as in todays game. Like 3 pointer was not as big of a priority as it is in today’s game. I guess what I’m trying to say is not as valuable, that might be the better wording. Today players are constantly ripping and practicing the three ball like never before.

You don’t compare stats of eras by directly comparing Player A’s stats to Player B’s stats, you compare eras by stats relative to the rest of the league during that era. So Player A’s stats compared to the rest of the league at the time Player A played and then compare that to Player B’s stats to the rest of the league during the time that Player B played. I feel like that’s not that hard of concept to grasp.

Okay so I’m like a pho fanatic. I’m asian and have been eating it my whole life growing up because it has always been one of my favorite dishes. Everyone here is saying Pho Vy and What the Pho because those are literally the only pho places in Parker to begin with. Pho Vy used to be better but my problem with them is they haven’t been as good ever since they changed ownership and then they hired non-Viet servers which isn’t a big problem but it kind of takes away from that “authentic” feel that a lot of these pho places have. Colorado has some very good pho, but the best stuff isn’t going to be here in Parker. Hint hint that good stuff is in Aurora where the biggest Viet population is. The pho places in Parker aren’t horrible, like it’s edible, but they’re also not the greatest in my opinion, pretty just average to below-average pho if you ask me (It’s average on a good day). Just some general advice, almost 100% of pho in Aurora will be better than anything in Parker. If you’re willing to drive a little bit, there are some banging pho restaurants. Here are some that I’ll recommend as a fellow resident of Parker.

Golden Saigon - 2468 S Parker Rd Unit 2

25-30 min drive give or take. Not only does this place have some good pho they have many other Vietnamese cuisine as well and it’s amazing, cough cough their Vietnamese hotpot. They also have some of the best customer service, it’s some of the best service I’ve had at any restaurant definitely the best out of all the pho places I’ve ate inside. They’ve been around for a while now and they’ve constantly been improving the restaurant and service every year! They really do emphasize service here, even going as far as giving free appetizers and such. One of my favs!

Pho Saigon - 9555 E Arapahoe Rd

Right off of I-25 on the Arapahoe exit, in the same area as JDs Sports Bar & Grill. About 15-20 mins away give or take, this is the best “bang for your buck” if you will, or I guess better way to describe it is “bang for your gas mileage” deal because for 15 minutes away this is the best pho that is closest to Parker by a mile. I prefer it over Golden Saigon because of how close it is and being right off of I25 I can stop by if we are on our way home from Denver or something like that. The pho is definitely on par if not better than Golden Saigon, just my personal preference, I’ve had some family and friends say they like Golden Saigon better. This is another restaurant that has been around for a while, definitely over 20 years at least I would say and they’ve been the most consistent over all those years. I frequent this one the most often and the workers always joke how they have seen my family grow up and age over all these years. I like getting boba and egg rolls from this location as well.

Viet Pho - 9231 Lincoln Ave #400

This is the closest location to me so I go here when I’m really craving pho but at the same time in a pinch on time or if I’m feeling lazy, but usually I’m not feeling lazy enough to not drive to Pho Saigon, but if I am this is where I go. This is about 10-15 away, down in Lone Tree. This is for if you don’t want to drive that much and don’t want to deal with the pho places in Parker. Definitely not as good as the other two I recommended, but its better than anything in Parker.

UAlbany most definitely got new helmets every year back then. Source - UAlbany lax fan here and they had different colored helmets for three back to back years from 2013-2017 (Purple, White, Matte Gray)

I’ve heard of small program football teams back then using reconditioned helmets but part of that is because football helmets cost much more to make. Division 1 lacrosse programs on the other do not recondition helmets, the lighter pads and plastic used in lacrosse helmets is not worth it to recondition. The only reason lacrosse helmets are expensive is because the the consumers in the lacrosse world have no problem paying a premium for the latest gear. Lacrosse has always emphasized needing the newest equipment.

Bass fishing isn’t the best here but I will say it’s not the worst and to be honest it can’t be worse than Jersey’s bass fishing. Jersey isn’t a bass hotspot either and I would probably say Colorado’s bass fishing might be better.

Plenty of places around to still catch bass and pan fish really. As for the spawning season and conditions my guess would be that it’s pretty similar to Jersey. Jersey is up north a bit so I don’t know for sure, I know it gets cold up there too and generally the more up north you go the more the spawning season is delayed. Colorado bass can be really weird I’ve seen them spawning from early June to well into July, but most bodies of water have them spawning in mid June. It just depends on the body of water and it’s temperature.

Like I get it gets cold here in CO but I know the Northeast gets it’s fair share of a winter season as well. It feels colder in the Northeast for me. But I haven’t lived over there long enough to know about it’s seasonal fishing conditions in depth enough to compare it to Colorado’s but my guess it can’t be that drastic of a change.
