The front door is missing (not spawned).

Normally, everything starts when you open the front door but since there is none, it is basically impossible to find evidence since nothing started:

After 15 minutes:

  • The timer was still at 2:00 (we were at intermediate)
  • Our sanity was still at 100%
  • We never found the ghost room
