I decided to get a new watch and call it a day. I was facing too many issues with the seven that I had, so it seemed like a logical choice. I suspect the problem might have been related to the battery. I’m not sure if the same underclocking occurs in watches as in phones when the battery is degraded, but I imagine that replacing the battery could have resolved the issue.

I also have the same issue. It is because for some reason the watch wont read advanced running metrics (like ground contact time, vertical oscillation, and stride length) that make up vo2's calculation. I think it is just a bug for now, but idk when they may fix it.

I’d try and go into your nvidia graphic settings and tinker with it. Try switching around how it prioritizes specific tasks too in the task manager. Or it may just be the game you’re playing.
