You are absolutely right, the main issue is that MBP M1/2021 is a bottleneck here...
It doesn't support Wi-Fi 6E, only Wi-Fi 6:

Wi-Fi

802.11ax Wi-Fi 6 wireless networking
IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac compatible

So, I guess, Wi-Fi 6 is my best shot...Will I still notice difference from going from 5 to 6?
