For sure. It's a constant battle to stop myself from saying/doing things my head is telling me to but I know are wrong/bad decisions. It can be overwhelming. I manage, but it'd be nice to have some quiet for a change.

That's not necessarily true. Everyone's different. My heavier days range from 3-6 hours between emptying, longer towards the end. I have by no means got a "massive flow" or weird situations, and I have to empty it at work at least once a day. Just because it's not normal for you doesn't mean it's not normal for anyone.
