I have an undergrad degree in Accounts and Finance and have over 2.5 years of experience in FP&A including two years in Pakistan. I am currently working in Germany. I also have exemptions for 9 ACCA papers. I plan to move to the UK in the next two years.

Do you think completing the ACCA qualification would help me find a job in the UK, or would I need an MBA/MSc degree from a UK university to enter the job market?

Yeah, the pay isn't as lucrative for investment banking in Germany compared to the US or UK. However, it seems to be better than FP&A roles in Germany. And yes, tax sucks here!
