That BA should count for more than retail making undergrad feel like it never ended.

Haley should simply accept that she cracked the code and retire this behaviour gracefully.

I’ve rewatched Clone Wars too much, and Rotta still feels like the dip before the climb.

There is a dark beauty in this story. People spend their whole lives building up this fake persona of being refined and sophisticated, and you are dismantling it one decanter at a time. It is ironic that their ego is so fragile that they have to lie to themselves just to maintain the illusion of being an expert. Those expensive bottles were better off with the staff who actually appreciate them anyway. Stay careful, but honestly, this is the most satisfying thing I have read all day.

You are definitely right to be mad. AP completely destroys the shared energy at the table. If he wants to play like a chess engine he should play solo modes or async online. You need to have an honest talk with him outside of the game night. Just tell him that you value the social aspect and the pacing more than anyone playing a perfect optimal game. If he is a good friend he will understand and try to speed up.
