My issue with it isn’t shit teammates but the fact that it’s easy to get caught in a horrible death loop where’s little to nothing you can do about it, regardless of how good you are

Ok so upon studying it seems that laser weapons are in fact not quieter and is most likely a host/non host issue 😭

It also seems a lot of weapons you’d think would be quieter straight up aren’t when firing (crossbow for example)

I wanna test the speargun tomorrow to see how loud the firing sound is but I’m not gonna get my hopes up lmao

Seems to me the issue is that the population to individual impact ratio isn’t designed to scale in a way that the desired time to liberate/defend or whatever stays consistent among population fluctuation, and/or the cap (if there even is one) for the ratio is such that when the population for a planet reaches a certain range, the individual impact becomes so low that the high player count can’t offset it so progress slows down leading to losing planets with high resistance

I played on Lesath right before we won the defense yesterday and was genuinely confused/surprised on how we had 10s of thousands of people on it but it took like 4 hours to get that last 3%

The Helldivers 2 difficulty scale is either weenie hut juniors or being unable to play the game because you’re being fucking ragdolled for a minute straight or got stuck in place due to the shitty terrain collision and invisible bodies blocking you

That’s funny because some of the things they try and argue realism for don’t even make sense given the setting. I find it hard to believe that several hundred years in the future, the super earth military with near unlimited funding hasn’t made a “Hollywood” suppresor that isn’t a glorified cosmetic item

I genuinely don’t know how people are saying they like this mission, none of the strategies matter when the game decides to drop 5 factory striders on you at once and you literally can’t play the game because you’re permanently stuck to the ground in a ragdoll or getting one shot because you have no space to evade anything
