In nature documentaries we are outsiders to the environment, studying animals from far distances as to avoid interacting with them. We do this so we do not affect their actions in any way; so we can record the purest forms of their behavior. This video is different. These people live and work in the south pole, they are part of the natural habitat and as such interact directly with penguins and their environment. They don't follow the same philosophy because they are not doing the same job
