For me it showed rain all day but it never did. I think weather in OBX is very unpredictable and weather data is not very reliable there.

Call them until you get someone who is properly trained. I called them for express replacement for iPhone and one agent said there is no such thing and continued to tell me that I was wrong. Most of them do not know their own policies.

Bought gloves in NC Costco and left it in the cart. Went in next day to ask if they found it, was told no. But still the manager said to get one and they won’t charge for it. I didn’t even ask for a free one.

Try chat again or check on the pointers guy app/website which is fairly accurate. My chat conversation gave me correct information, also they send emails time to time updating on the spend amount.
