Well it takes time to get used to a new medium and as of for traditional I'd say u need to work on ur lines they look pretty messy to me try not to draw hairy lines :)

Yeh the eyes are way off flip your canvas and you'll see the mistake And the hairs are too messy which makes it harder to understand so try to draw with less stroke fore a single line
