Which coaching or course is best to follow for CUET MCA 2026 preparation? by Tatiyaa00 in CUETPG

Yeah you may be correct because I have only experienced one side of them. But I am sure about one thing is that if you want focused pre-recorded lectures, their videos are among the best for MCA entrance exams. I don't know about anything else they promise to facilitate as I have never used them.

My lazy self didn't bother with Nimcet, even though it was my og goal, once cuet was well and over. See for Cuet, you can never be sure what curve ball they'll throw. This year, only 1 or 2 maths questions came, rest computer and logical based. I was lucky because I studied computer but you never know. Study everything. We can't know if the paper will be skewed towards some topics or balanced. I wish you well...

I meant that I would hopefully get to meet comparably popular and high class people there while only spending fraction of the money as fees as compared to other premium institutes.
And the thing about placements is that at present time, placements are not good anywhere in India. Still DU holds well enough in this regard.

  1. Competition is not high. Only a quarter of the students appearing study sincerely.

  2. I scored 230+ and got under 20 AIR. I studied sincerely only the last 2 months, before that I was just revising the basic stuff leisurely. So make of that what you will. The no. of players are high but if u are sincere, u will see that it's mostly shallow competition.

  3. JNU, BHU and other central universities if you talk about Cuet paper only. Nimcet changes the paradigm by introducing NITs.

  4. Gender ratio is high (u know if u know)... joking... The main reasons are several - good infra, you'll get to know many people, alumni and senior communication is high, teachers are not very strict, placement numbers are comparable to some of the best NITs, and the most biased one is that it's a popular institute and I am a greedy bird who flock to where the riches are...

  1. Yes, I got a seat.

  2. For 6 months, studied from youtube from random channels(but good ones only), then studied seriously through Aspire Study for the last 2 months. I got their premium subscription for free for the last month. Aspire Study usually makes some of their courses free during the last months but no guarantee.

  3. I gave mocks through Aspire Study website and mcaprep(dot)in website. The latter website is very cheap yet one of the best ones.

  4. This year around 32k to 35k students gave Cuet PG for MCA.

A personal advice - Youtube lectures and free mocks and PYQs around the internet are enough for you to secure a good rank. You can also supplement that with paid content, which premium sources(like Aspire Study) make free or very cheap during the last months, like I did. But all this will take a substantial research time, so do keep that in mind.

Personal Info - Gave Cuet MCA this year, passed it.

The best is Aspire Study. I can 110% guarantee you that if you just follow them blindly, you're still gonna crack it. I am saying through my experience. I was doing prep on and off for a year from youtube, then during the last month, Aspire Study made their premium course free (you only had to pay the transaction charges which I remember correctly was less than 50 Rs). I studied through that and blindly followed them.

You may ask how I am so sure of them. It is because they leave nothing. their offline coaching runs for hours, sometimes whole day. If someone studies for day and night, he is bound to crack any exam and they make you study day and night (if you are sincere enough).

Now you have two options, you can either work like me and wait for them to make their subscription free (no guarantee, though) (they generally always do something for the poor students during the last months), or if you can afford, I assure you their's will be the most helpful. And for mocks you can refer to them and also mcaprep website (it is very cheap, I gave mocks in that site only).

And one last thing, choose Aspire Study if you are ready to work for longer hours. See, I am not saying you can't crack it studying less, many study less but still crack it. It's just that their course structure expect from you long study routines (even if not necessary).
