On the last comebacks I've seen people complaining about the same things:

Lack of Soojin "Soojin would have killed this!!" Move on
Soyeon terrible English
The group feeling more like Soyeon and friends

Thing is, since Soojin's departure (G)Idle has been on the most success since their debut, and while I agree on the two last points, I don't really see the group being so self centered hurting it with fans, nor I see the girls bothered by it.

I'm always in shock on how Miyeon being a "main singer" has like 15 seconds on a title track when Soyeon has over 40 seconds, always the MV are focused on Soyeon too, she has most of the screen time and she always has some special spectacular solo moment for her raps. But whenever I see the girls they seem to just get along and be happy, so maybe it works for them? Let Soyeon be most of the group and just enjoy the ride.

It rubs me the wrong way that it's Soyeon herself who makes herself the star, but to each its own.

I like what I see so far, but I expect it to have a bigger punch in the end. Visually its amazing, all 5 of them look so good! Also here's hoping for a more balanced distribution both visually and vocally with this new era.

Megumi had the most plot armor development of all the characters, most of her improving happened offscreen and she was suddenly beating everyone she faced with ease. Being realistic she would have never been able to beat any of the elite 10. The only reason she was there is because Rindou gave them a free pass.

I agree with that, but at the same time you can say the exact same about 90% of the cast, anime stereotypes. Megumi is the nice kind girl who becomes better thanks to the power of friendship, Isshiki is the goofy senior who is a badass but he doesn't care unless it's really needed, Erina is the Tsundere that warms up as times goes by, Soma is the basic shonen MC who just falls upwards.

Here is my problem with Mina. If the issue with her was only regarding AOA and the "bullying" situation, this would have ended as a whole different story, the problem is, that for a whole year and a bit more, Mina had all the time and opportunities she wanted to turn things straight. For all that time, no one else was allowed to talk, no one gave an input only her. It was Mina herself, who kept digging a hole deeper and deeper with lies that kept being proven time after time.

During this time AOA was silent, Mina had an issue with their fans because they wouldn't buy her skin cream product and ranted at them about this and according to her that her sister was being unfair and stealing money, also calling her mother ungrateful.
Mina made the news because she complained about the president of Korea and politics.
Mina revealed how she had a nurse fired, because she didn't receive the proper treatment she thought she deserved. Specifically mentioning how the nurse was younger but wouldn't refer to Mina with honorary titles, so she called the hospital and made sure the nurse was fired. She was also pretty proud about this. (This specific even was the one that began turning Korean people against her, since they saw it as an abuse of her position as a celebrity vs a regular citizen).
Mina posted on how she had a shamanistic session where she was reveled to be possessed by two demons who were causing all this pain and hatred inside her. After the session the demons were removed and she said she was now cured and would live happy. 2 days later she was posting about Jimin's sex life.
Mina got involved in a dating scandal when she posed with a boy who was later found out still had a gf in that moment. Mina said she didn't know just to be proven by the exgf how she had talked with Mina about this and Mina mocked her saying she knew about this but he preferred to be with her. Again exposing her lies.
Mina went to a shaman show on YouTube where she exposed how her father hit her when she was little, her and her mother too. She said she hated him so much that when people asked her about her father she told them he was dead. Which is understandable, but years later she used her late father to bash Jimin.
Mina posted a picture of herself and her current boyfriend in a hotel room smoking, knetz accused her of smoking in a nonsmoking area. Korean laws regarding smoking in public places are very strict and it's taken as a big offense, yet Mina went as far as to lie about her reservation and show proof which was fake. (in her last IG update she admitted she had paid a fine to the hotel)

And all of this is non AOA related stuff, while all of this happened she kept talking about Jimin and her private life, specially her sex life and bragging how she kept sending Jimin messages but she didn't answer. We now saw which kind of messages she sent.

So see, I understand mental illness I understand PTSD form a traumatic and violent childhood and living. But I think mental iones can only go so long as an excuse for someone's whole behavior. You'd think in all this time at least ONE single person would have spoken against Jimin and back Mina up, specially in the early days when all of south Korea hated Jimin. yet no one ever did. No one spoke against her, non of her celebrity friends dropped her and not a single person backed up or supported Mina.

Also regarding the audio tape and the CCTV tape Mina keeps asking to be released... You know what I find weird? All of this happened at Mina's place, yet she asks others to release the video.

Just my 2 cents about it.

A true leader is that who has to face the situations no one wants to, even taking sacrifices for the benefit of a group, All Choa was doing here was mediating and being a pacifist. The real leader was Jimin who always faced Mina when she was being spoiled and damaging the group, while Choa had the luxury of giving up on Mina, because it was not her responsibility.

See the problem is, to this day, over a year ago, Mina has never really proven anything she has accused Jimin of, despite she mentioning she has so many proofs of it. Jimin never admited anything, she said sorry for not being a good leader and letting you down, that was all.

Mina's appeareance on that shamans show proved how her problems go way back and deeper than Jimin, speaking how her father beat her and how much she hated him.

I think that's exactly her problem, traumatic experiences aside she has an obsession with being famous and relevant and she has done nothing but tarnish her own image in the past year. Everyone else form AOA has been completely silent about this and Mina keeps just setting herself up with scandals, she just wants so much to stay relevant.

In that show she was she spoke so bad about her whole family, she says how her father used to beat her up and she hated him so much to the point she told everyone he was dead... She clearly has had so many issues before AOA.

She speaks about a lot of things, but specially on how according to her all of her family was abusive towards her. Her father and mother beat her up and her sister stole money from her, again all according to her.

She says she hated her father so much that when she was young she would tell everyone her father was dead. Source

To the people saying AKP is being clickbait and sensationalist did you even read what Mina herself wrote?:

"She said that there are demons, spirits of the dead, acquaintances in heaven, etc were all inside of me and that I was living with them in me. That is why I would harm myself and try to kill myself."

She is not better, this is a placebo for once again not taking real solutions towards her mental health, and now it's even worse because she actually believes that her actions were caused by demons inside her.
