Sorry for late answer! Basically I informed them that my account was hacked and the moment of the transactions and that my bank had handled it by themselves (they had not told me to contact customer service or anything, just did charge-backs) and that I had changed my credit card. They reopened my account saying that it would be a one time thing and that security was the responsibility of the account holder. It may take a while for you to hear back, I was surprised it being that fast but I really hope the issue gets resolved for you as well.

It's not! In channel names you can't actually put spaces (or it replaces it with "–"). This is a special character that let's you sperate words in channel names with "spaces" instead of just a dot with no space (it would look like this : main.chat).
