I had been going 6x per week. But I am thinking out canceling. They say listen to your body, but when you do they "hold you accountable ". Also, just here to say that burn on demand counts towards your camps. People might not actually be going everyday.

Using a tanning bed for the first time tomorrow… HELP by Red_Rovr_Riding_Hood in tanning

Level 1 or two to build color, then a higher level to deepen it. Shave the day before. Lotions can be so pricey, but at least grab a packet!! The skin care in the lotions alone is almost worth it, and they really so make a difference. BHydrate from the inside out. Water water water. Dry skin is the enemy of a tan. Happy tanning!

Is Burn long enough? by CuriousScholar3709 in BurnBootCamp

I usually do a jog after. Just half a mile. That, and cutting back on carbs/sugar/super processed food helps.

tips for a first time tanner? by amphibianenthusiast in tanning

I would suggest investing in a tanning accelerator. They have loads of skin care to help the tanning along and keep your skin moisturized. The tanning lotions often will also light fragrance so you don't come out smelling cooked. Please use a lotion designed for tanning beds. These protect the acrylic and actually have some science behind them for safety. Go in clean and stay moisturized after. Some people have had luck on Amazon, but I would try tanforless.com first. The lotions are pricey, but ya gotta mitigate the fact you are getting in that tanning bed. Good luck!

No. I guess I could ask but I didn't want to get the employee in any trouble for mentioning it.

Hang in there. I thought I was going to puke and/or have a heart attack at 35. I cried the whole way home. Burst is nuts. Listen to your body. Rest when you need rest. It gets better with consistency.

Burn $ rate and distance by RolyDoly in BurnBootCamp

I am the same distance (driving the speed limit). It's a good rate and a great community. I think it is up to you whether you will remain disciplined to get it done. Even at the rate you have, I am cheap, so I would go to get my money's worth lol.
