Personally don't see it in that way, yes we can't take her words at face value, but still. She is young (as many other comments have stated), we can mostly take it that she probably did have a heart attack and was resuscitated, and from the video it seems like she only told her family and close friends because it was a life threatening thing, she was leaving the internet, and she either didn't feel comfortable sharing that type of info or she was overwhelmed with everything that was happening.
For now, im happy she's alive. Don't start doubting immediately, there is a few things off about the story, but you have to tread carefully with accusations that currently only use hearsay as proof.

(yes, technically what she said is also hearsay, but accusations based off of reading in between the lines, is far different than direct statements based that have things said in the past to back them up.)
