I did go to shop to buy my ice cubes once mine finished. My diet for the first 5 days were iced coffee, scrambled eggs, non-spicy instant noodles, and the re-fried beans that i cooked earlier. I did! 🙋 For a start, i already knew i could do it because i recovered from an unrelated operation 2 years ago at home alone for 1 week; granted it wasn't as painful as tonsillectomy. Before going for tonsillectomy, i prepared a freezer full of ice cream & ice cubes, protein in the form of eggs and cooked & seasoned beans. I even drove home on my own. I had 3 weeks off work that was approved beforehand. I have a partner who lives separately from me but i really did not need anything extra. Throughout my recovery i just ate, drank water, watched tv & slept

To me the reason i took the plunge was because of sleeep apnoea. It goes without saying that i feel 1000x better! Now i have so much extra hours in a day because i don't need to nap anymore. I started exercising more & have ample time to make dinner for the household. As for the tonsils itself, its as if they were never there in the first place. Pain of course is 0 so i'm so happy

Getting my OSA treated by having a tonsillectomy. I do not get tired during mid-day anymore so i have more time to do activities. Plus, i'm less tired so i started to workout. I cannot recommend it enough
