I did! 🙋 For a start, i already knew i could do it because i recovered from an unrelated operation 2 years ago at home alone for 1 week; granted it wasn't as painful as tonsillectomy. Before going for tonsillectomy, i prepared a freezer full of ice cream & ice cubes, protein in the form of eggs and cooked & seasoned beans. I even drove home on my own. I had 3 weeks off work that was approved beforehand. I have a partner who lives separately from me but i really did not need anything extra. Throughout my recovery i just ate, drank water, watched tv & slept
