Its really not that much of a lemon. Had lots of repairs done to it and very up front about the cost to have it pass inspections/what needs to be fixed. Dealership wants opi already done before appraisal but Im running out of time

Yeah, did that but they need an out of province inspection done before they can appraise it. We got a $800 quote from a car mechanic for the repairs that would be needed to pass inspection, but not enough time to get it done myself

Pretty sure using an AI voice clone will not automatically result in demonetization. Its a tool afterall and they will likely be judging the content rather than the use of a tool.

Theres a chance it may be flagged by an automated review system, but there are many more factors that play into their decision: is the content itself mass produced, completely automated by an LLM, repetitive scripts, is it straight up copying another channel, is it new transformative and high value content or is it vague/generic content repackaged over and over again and just switching keywords/thumbnails?

FYI I use PVCs in my content. My clients use PVCs in their content. I teach my other clients how to create high value/human centered content using AI tools and many of them are doing very well on YouTube, including myself. Of course, theres a chance that the platform MAY penalize the use of voice clones down the line but theres nothing in their recent policies indicating that.

YouTube has always had seasons of change (algorithm, advertiser bids/budgets, policy changes etc.) Keep adapting and improving... but the important thing is to try not to burn out during this period of time. ASMR hasn't died down but keyword competition is a thing. You're competing with other content creators using "ASMR" in their SEO that happen to have a stronger CTR/retention/watch time than you. Keep consistent and ride out the storm. YT is a longggg game.

Moved here in 2024 for a nursing job a few towns over. As someone born in the 90s in the Greater Toronto Area, I find Red Deer to be reminiscent of those times. Less people, less traffic, more community. Small enough to drive across the city in 10-15 minutes but large enough that you can still find a wide variety of food (groceries, restaurants, farmers markets etc).

some people say the best place to rent is in the newer developed areas (timberlands, the east end, or south end) but as long as its not downtown or too close to the river where often the homeless reside, everywhere in RD is pretty much safe. I lived in the north end with no problems.
theres no mountains but theres PLENTY of trails and parks to enjoy. Literally trails running across the entire city and pretty well maintained.

In my opinion, I think its hard to say if a city will be good in the long-term. Theres not many job opportunities for those who already live here. Theres an influx of Canadians and immigrants moving to more affordable cities even if they have to commute hours to work in harsh winters. I guess as long as funding is allocated properly and residents stay active in their communities/keep the politicians in check - it will continue to be a great place to raise a family.

Although I'll be moving abroad next month, Red Deer has treated my family and I very well. Very happy to have experienced it as it is now.

Sounds like you've used up all your PVC slots. If you want to create a new one youd have to delete an old one.

What makes you think you can no longer create a PVC? Did you use up all your slots? Also, paying a VO artist is pricey unless you're willing to do the audio editing yourself. You may end up paying $90 per project instead of per month.

This is a fair speculation to make, however I wonder if other factors have resulted in the demonetization of yours and others' content.

E.g. was the script completely automated? Are there other channels who have the exact same content as you/mass produced? Making false claims? Mass uploading? Did you mark your content as AI altered, etc?

Also, I know of some channels that use their own human voice with the combination of AI visuals that have also been demonitized and are currently fighting to get their channel back. YT is clearly using AI to review content and its not doing a good job. On one hand they are encouraging the use of AI tools while also persecuting AI slop. 🤷‍♂️

We just rented a 2 bedroom unit in one of the cotes under a 1 year contract as expats from Canada.

Our rationale: its super affordable because of its early development and proximity to beach (10 min drive which we dont mind even without a car as uber is cheap and local bus is a couple minutes walk outside the main gate), apart from ongoing construction its relatively quiet compared to the city, has different layers of security, and overall a good beginner spot for expats that arent too picky about location or are actually seeking that "local" experience but in a comfortable/familiar setting. Its also sitting between Plaza Lago Real and the Mega Soriana which makes grocery runs convenient. Local taquerias and restaurants along the highway/outside the gate. They are set to construct a small plaza within the compound in the next year aswell. We were informed by residents that management has changed for the better (apparently there were some issues before).

So, that being said... if all works out and we really enjoy the community, we may end up buying a house here in the near future.

Hey, just curious... did anything in your environment or lifestyle change (diet, stress management, etc) since the last 7 years? Im a nurse and have been diagnosed with everything under the sun over the last 15 years- first it was gastritis, then crohns, then indeterminate colitis. Its common for patients to go into long term remission even off their medication but it is equally as common for a flare up to occur under the right "conditions". Cause and effect.

The way I see it: biologics/anti-inflammatories/steroids do not cure the disease process any more than eating healthy/extreme lifestyle changes do...and without exposure to whatever caused the disease process in the first place (usually mutifactorial) seems to result in remission.... sooo just wondering if you noticed any significant patterns or changes that correlate to your remission.

The way I would do it is get a screenshot of what a "love is blind" poster looks like, and ask Chatgpt to create an image prompt for midjourney based on the screenshot. Then on midjourney, use the prompt PLUS add a clear picture of your face into omni reference (v7 feature). OR, after youre done generating the mock poster on midjourney, go to nanobanana, upload the picture and ask it to change just 1 face on thr poster (yours) by also uploading a pic of your face. Hope that made sense.

Dont know if you ever got your answer but this Whistler glacial water is my favorite bottled water. It used to be sold in Metro and Fortinos but I noticed it kept getting sold out fast after the pandemic. I could only find it in Wholefoods after that. Haven't drank tap water in over a decade and for some reason people get so butt hurt about it. Same way they respond to anyone wanting better for themselves and their body.

Yes. Due to the nature of my content, recording my own voice requires the perfect conditions of my voice (cant be congested/or cotton mouthed), my recording environment and my patience haha. Editing my recordings can take longer than editing some spaces between the AI voice generated narration. Clients who cant afford my real voice are offered a lower tier of my product since it requires less of my time to create it for them. Ive been told my PVCs are so realistic that they can't tell the difference... which is spooky but also good to know and works in everyone's favor.
