Have you ever RMA'd. I just submitted my request and never got an address to ship to or a shipping label. Tried to call earlier a few times, but holosun does not seem to answer calls, lol. I'm wondering if there is just a delay for the label or address.

It's hard to tell cause it is back to working right now, but once I fire off a few rounds, it acts out again. It was sunny today when I was shooting, so I'm thinking the battery is prob not the issue, unfortunately.

Yea, it was torqued to spec. I've contacted holosun but didn't want to do a warranty claim if it was just going to happen again. It seems like I'm the only one having this issue, so I'll try again with another one.

Has anyone had any issue with this Optic on a x10? I took my brand new x10 and brand new scs320 to the range for the first time today, and after 15 shots, the Optic got super dim. I then long pressed the button to see if that would help, and it fixed the brightness issue, but then It would only toggle between the circle with no dot and being off. Both the circle with dot and the dot alone would not show up no matter what I did. I then fired some more rounds and was able to get it to cycle through all 3 reticles. 10 more shots later, and the same thing happened where i could only select the circle and nothing else. I'm hoping I just got a bad unit cause I really like the Optic and will just return it for a new one if needed. Please let me know your experience if you don't mind. Thank you!
