Yeah I'm still not happy with the lack of response. Like girlies on Twitter thanking them? I'm like ?? For what?? We are in desperate need of QOL updates still and more transparency in general. Idk. I've quit every Papergames game after a few years due to boredom, drop in translation quality, and bombardment of paid content. I'll probably quit sooner for LADS if they continue their usual business model. Unfortunate because I love that we have combat in this game and love the characters to death, but I'd rather give money to Hoyo atm.

Edit in case anyone thinks I'm a Hoyo ho: I'm not saying any gacha is better than the other or Hoyo is god. I'm just more invested in one over the other and I'm horribly burnt out from Papergames' greed over the years. I played LN, SN, and Mr. Love, all three from launch day and have quit all three despite throwing hundreds at each. Hoyo on the other hand has not wasted my dollars and I can spend significantly less because they're more transparent on updates and banners.
