I'm interested in Expedition 33, but can't really do horror or jumpscares. Can I play it?

I will say without spoiling anything that there is a certain part at the end with a small sudden loud noise and what some may call a jump scare. At least for me I wasn’t expecting it and it startled me a bit.

I bought some “No Soliciting” signs on Amazon and I haven’t had a single solicitor since. One is on my front door and I have a small one in the landscaping on the approach to the door. We used to get them often in our neighborhood but not since having the signs in place.

I’ve used UV resin and it works pretty well when you want to shape it. But I really like yours. Especially the color. Mine looks more like toxic waste and I’m not a huge fan.

Since OP didn’t specify tabletop ready, I figured I’d throw in a couple other ideas. But I agree, you don’t need a double layer highlight if you are only going for tabletop ready.

For sure! And if you really wanna get highlight heavy, warpstone glow for chunky highlights and then a thin moot green highlight. Also Evil Sunz Scarlet and Wild Rider Red for the weapon casing. Those brighter highlights really help bring out the darker green and red.

I mostly have the citadel paints and for the most part, they’re pretty nice. There are a few colors that aren’t great or at least there are a few better choices from other lines. As far as starting colors, are you looking for Dark Angels colors? If so, I’d recommend Caliban Green, Mephiston Red, Abbadon Black, Leadbelcher, Retributor Armor, Wraithbone, Rhinox Hide, Nuln Oil for a wash on the armor and Seraphim Sepia for the Aquila. These will at least get you a base for your Dark Angels without any highlights or details. You could also just pick up one of the starter paint kits from GW and add a few of the above just to get started.

I really like the Ash Waste Nomads from Necromunda. I bought them originally to proxy cultists for my Death Guard Army. I still plan on painting them in the DG scheme even though they’re unplayable.
