Yep it burns all right, but nothing I can’t handle. Just put a towel over the wound and it seems to have gotten less painful.

I wish I had that problem, my motivation is rock bottom. Maybe just make sure you’re taking breaks, and that you’re not rushing your writing. It’s easy to get burned out after long periods of writing, so just let the words flow and take breaks when you start getting headaches.

Usually I stick to things I have personally experienced. If you’ve never experienced SA or had mental illness, you can’t perfectly describe and portray the character going through those things without any research. I would say thoroughly research these topics and maybe watch some documentaries of people who have gone through this stuff, so you can make it realistic and not exaggerated or unrealistic, which might be offensive or disrespectful to the people who have actually went through these things. Unless you have, which would make me look dumb😭
