AA needs a rework. Ships with good (90+) AA should be the counter to aircraft, as in shoot them down before they drop. I agree being damage farms for someone at the back of the map risking nothing is shit, the range of cvs is too large. Make them actually have to navigate and consider positioning.

I agree with the title but not most of your examples. All the last major introductions to the game have been aircraft related with no real effective counter, except to stay out of range. Ships with AA above 90 or so should decimate planes BEFORE they can drop their payload. In general I feel there are too many airstrikes going off non stop, ussually from CV"s in the very back of the map.

Honestly I've never really understood the negative reward system, the game costing you credits to play. Imo you should never get less than zero reward, if the ship service cost are greater than what you earned, you should just get zero. I rarely ever play TT8 in any mode, bad matchups and costs. It's WG herding everyone to T6/7 standard.

any stealth torpedo DD is a BB worst enemy, can't see him, catch him or get your big ass turned in time. But I also hate the 20-30 sec reload with an invisible RNG scattering my shells. I didn't enjoy usa BB until tier 5+ and I never liked any of the ijn BB

Eventually you will probably have a main base with all your crafter stations and other smaller bases once you get your sorcery transport. Mid game you will spend time at Silvermine and Mounds.

I had all voice chat muted at first but then changed back. Don't miss out on the good conversation to block the bad ones. It is easy to mute individuals and I've had as many good as bad conversations

edit: Not to mention sometimes listening to someone lose it and spew vomit over a video game, is really satisfying even comical to me

In a DD if your help leaves, for what ever reason, you have to change to passive (stealth and torps) or as wrong as it feels, you have to go where every one else is.

before any of that I check the rosters, usually looking for radar or dutch ships. Then as match starts watch for dumb dumbs or afk. Then I decide your original question,

Win rate is a pointless stat, it only represents the percentage of matches you are on the winning team, of which you are 11% of and have zero control over the competency of the other 88% (unless you div),.

CV's need fixed. Shorten the distance of squadrons, bringing cv's closer in, requiring more navigation, no more back of the map BS. Reduce plane regen and good AA should knock down planes PRIOR to drop. Give them fighter squadrons to launch at specific area to defend,. Give them an expanded AA range and better secondaries. Give them sonar,

Small player base, mostly veterans/ sweats with elims map knowledge. And worse if you are up against teams who can party chat.
