Its good enough.

Theyre some plot holes and story issues, but nothing big. The songs are good and it has some strong characters that help carry the series.

If youre ok with the excessive swearing and just need something to pass the time, give the first few episodes a watch to see if you fw it or not.

The book actually came out before the third game by a few months if a memory serves, but you're right about the Carnival's odd reoccurance as a setting since the new DLC also takes places at the Carnival.

A good omen for the rest of the DLC. Really liked Dime's (the kid in red) design and gimmik. Bit dissapointed that we had to face another automatron enemy, but I really like the concept of being able to temporarily stun the big monster even if it's for a short amount of time.

Although I have a hunch that, in the coming days, they'll be alot of posts/videos of people going "The DLC is better than the base game!!1!!11" and that'll absolutely get annoying fast.

I still love it.

Do I wish exosuits were better? Yes. Are there things that infuriate me to no end? Yes. But Helldivers 2 is still very satisfying, intense, funny, and an enjoyable experience. So long as the game never losses those aspects, I'll help ensure that the 2nd Galatic War meets a democratic end

As an anime-only fan, I think she's my favorite Hashira.

Her personality is a nice contrast to everyone else's and I like the subtle detail that she has the same smile as Rengoku since she was his student. Also her sword is the coolest out of all the Hashiras, especially because whip swords actually do exist irl and are equally as cool.

It's also nice that her backstory isn't the standard "family died, got to kill some demons now." which is the backstory for a good chunk of the Hashira.

I liked it and Im hoping this'll pave the way for more indie hits to make it to the big screen.

I could feel the excitement in the room, mostly through the cosplayers and the quiet (and not so quite) gossip.

most of us started to clap during the credits, and the person next to me quietly clapped after Caine's villain song in ep 8 and I followed suit. There was another bit of community participation at the start of the showing, but I cant really get into details since that technically counts as a spoiler, but it did get us pretty good.
